GYM

Our academy features a fully equipped gym machine area, designed to support strength development, conditioning, and injury prevention as part of a high-performance training program.

This space allows players to work on strength, power, endurance, and mobility in a structured and professional environment, complementing their on-court sessions. Integrated into the daily training routine, the gym area plays a key role in physical preparation, recovery, and long-term athletic development, ensuring players are physically ready to perform at their highest level.

GYM MUSCULATION

A dedicated weight training and muscle conditioning area is available within the facilities, designed to enhance strength, power, and overall physical performance.

This space supports structured strength programs adapted to each player’s age, level, and stage of development. Fully integrated into the high-performance methodology, the muscle training area plays a key role in building explosive power, stability, and physical resilience, helping players develop a solid athletic foundation while reducing the risk of injury.

ON COURT GYM

A gym fully integrated with on-court training is part of the academy’s daily performance environment, allowing physical work to be seamlessly connected with tennis practice.

This integration enables players to move efficiently between court sessions and physical conditioning, optimizing training load, recovery, and performance. Strength, mobility, and activation work are coordinated with on-court objectives, creating a complete and professional training system where every physical session directly supports the demands of tennis at a high level.

HEATED POOL

The second section is dedicated to a warm-water relaxation pool, created to support muscle recovery and overall well-being. This area is focused on relaxation, muscle release, and regeneration, helping players reduce tension, improve circulation, and accelerate recovery after intense on-court and gym sessions. Together, these two aquatic sections form an integral part of a complete, professional, and high-performance training environment.

POOL

The aquatic facilities are organized into two separate and complementary sections, each playing a key role in the players’ physical preparation and recovery process.

The first section features a 20-meter swimming pool, specifically designed for swimming sessions, low-impact conditioning, cardiovascular work, mobility exercises, and active recovery. This pool allows players to maintain physical conditioning while reducing joint stress, making it an essential tool during high training loads, recovery phases, or injury-prevention programs.
