Cancellations and refunds
1.1. Cancellations must be notified in writing to the official e-mail address: sales@bcnprotennisacademy.com.
1.2. More than 30 days (1 month) before the start of the program: 👉 100% of the amount paid will be refunded, except for bank charges or payment gateway fees (if any).
1.3. Between 7 and 30 days before the start of the program: 👉 The amount is non-refundable, but the student may change his/her reservation to another week or equivalent program within the same calendar year, subject to availability.
1.4. With less than 7 days notice or in case of no-show on the starting day: 👉 No reimbursement or change of dates will be made, except for justified and documented medical reasons.
1.5. In case of voluntary withdrawal: Once the program has started, no refund will be made for the amount corresponding to the days or weeks not used.
2. Date or program changes
Changes are subject to availability and must be requested at least one week in advance.
In case of an approved change, the reservation will be applied to the new period at no additional cost, as long as it is within the same academic year.
3. Cancellation by the Academy
In the unlikely event that Barcelona Pro Tennis Academy must cancel a program for reasons beyond the student’s control (force majeure, technical or health reasons), the participant may choose between:
Receive a full refund of the amount paid, or
Transfer their registration to another date or equivalent program at no additional cost.
4. Participant substitution
The student may transfer his or her reservation to another player without penalty, provided that he or she notifies the new participant’s details in writing at least 7 days before the start of the program.
5. Acceptance of conditions
By booking and paying for the program, the participant (or his/her legal guardian, if a minor):
expressly accepts this Cancellation Policy and BPTA’s Terms and Conditions.
Declares to have read and understood the information regarding internal regulations, data protection policy, and conditions of participation.
Authorizes the use of personal data for the administrative and sports management of the program, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR – EU 2016/679).
